The criteria given in Scott is only one of the 2 generally accepted criteria used by expertizers. It is in fact, the weaker of the 2. Here is a genuine #332c.

The 3rd line is often weak and sometimes completely missing. Such is the case in the example above of #332c. The top circle shows where the 3 lines should be seen, but are mostly missing.
The better criteria (in my opinion), is to check the cross-hatching just to the upper left of the "0" in the denomination "20". This area is the bottom blue circle in the scan above. In the uncommon 332c (Type I), there is NO cross-hatching. If you look at your scan, you will see cross-hatching. I have circled the area in blue in your scan below. Therefore, you have the common #332 (Type II), as stated by Mike.
