I just watched a rerun of the "LAS VEGAS" TV show centered around the theft of a stamp they called an 1867 mixed grill worth $7 million.
I don't know much about early U.S. stamps so my question is-is there such a critter? I know previously on the show a scenario about an extremely rare coin was a joke so I'm thinking it was the same for this stamp.

Maybe they were referring to the famous 1867 Blue $0.01 Z grill stamp Scott #85A of which their are only 2 known examples.

In an attempt to restore sanity, maybe mixed grill was meant to refer to two different grills being applied to a stamp.

I must admit that cat food is the first thing which came to mind.
