I've seen so many people who collect Coca-Cola related postcards and items, and I have a few as well, but I wonder are there any Pepsi-Cola postcards or collector items?
I don't recall ever seeing any, but if there are I figured here would be a good place to start asking.

Funny enough, I was wondering the same thing last night, so I did a search in ebay for them. The only thing that came up were pictures of Times Square where there was at one time (late 30s - 40s) a big Pepsi sign (surprising to me, because any pictures of Times Square I have ever seen, it was always a Coke sign):

As to other items, there is nowhere near the same amount of Pepsi stuff as there is Coke stuff out there...it seems that Pepsi didn't really advertise a whole lot. All I've ever been able to find is the odd tray, and for every Pepsi one I've seen, I usually see ten Coke ones to it.

That was fast.
Thanks for putting it up. At least I know there is one.
I wonder though if at the time this card was printed if it really was a Pepsi sign, or if the printer preferred Pepsi over Coke and made the switch?

I doubt it, there are others, too...

The other place I always remember seeing a Coke sign is Piccadilly Circus, in London...to now, I've never seen a picture of that location with a Pepsi sign in it.

I have picked up a few Pepsi items over the years: Glass bottles, serving tray, glasses, and wooden boxes. I am a Pepsi drinker myself, so Coca Cola never was of interest to me, plus it seemed more common. I'll have to keep my eye out for any paper products.

I remember these from when I was little...they were just starting to be phased out in favor of the "Spiral" bottle of the mid-60s:

That one picture of an old bottle of Pepsi says it all for me. I got transported back to the past, a time of no worries, if only for a fleeting two seconds.
Nice pic wpgl, thanks!

Great bottle. I had one like that, and I don't know where it went. I think I lost it when we moved. They were buying our old place for the property and not the house, so we could just leave anything we didn't want behind. I think it got left behind. Oh well, too late now. That was 8 years ago. hehehe!

From what I have been able to determine since you first posted this, Pepsi is relatively new to the idea of advertising postcards, as compared to Coke. Coke had them going back to the late 40s (and even a few earlier), whereas Pepsi's only date to the 80s and advertising campaigns that occurred then, as well as a few with reprints of "Classic" ads on them.
