Just thought I'd post this vignette shift on the Sc#651 of mine,I don't know how common this is as I haven't seen any others around though they must exist,I have a MNH example that I matched this with as a comparison.
The first of the photo's is both as a comparison.

I can't find any reference to this in the Encyclopedia of Plate Varieties or other works though I'll keep looking maybe some one here will know more.

thanks for looking

regards Harry

It is not a plate variety, which is why it is not listed in that reference.

There's a fine line between poor registration and a premium EFO.

Misregistered stamps are not uncommon, even on modern US stamps. The general rule of thumb before most EFO collectors will consider paying even the slightest premium is 10% shift or main design element shifted over the frame. In your stamp, the elbow of the man at the far right extends beyond the frame, so your stamp qualifies for a slight premium.

Relatively common stamps like yours with these minor shifts (whether color, perforation...) typically retail for $1-$10, depending on the stamp. Once you get into the 40% shift range, that's when the premium really jumps ($5-$100), again, depending on the stamp.

Nice stamp to find and hang on to, and especially like the way you have it compared next to a "normal" stamp. I like comparative philately!

Thanks Kim I'm not into monetary gain just love errors when I can get them or find them and this came with a plate block album I picked up last month.the way I set the stamp up as a comparison there was plenty of space next to the MNH and if I find another there's more room on the other side, again thanks mate for your time and interest.

That 10%/40% is just based on observations. There is no set rule.

As always, collect what you like and pay what you want to, not what others tell you. It's your collection, your time, your money, and your enjoyment.
