Hi everyone, decided to join today after browsing on here for awhile. Just getting back to collecting (at least more seriously now) after a few years off.

Also, had to you quote someone in your posts?

Welcome back to collecting 2112. As for how to quote someone, I'm not sure since I rarely use that feature.

Welcome to the looney bin!

Just kidding, welcome to the stamp forums. The other greeting would be better on the coin forums, lol.

2112!

quote someone in your posts?

I just tried to use the quote feature/button myself. Wasn't sure how it would work.

I selected the text in your post to copy with my cursor,

then I right clicked my mouse over the selected text and selected Copy in the pop up menu,

then I went to my post and right-clicked and Pasted,

then I selected that text , now in my post,

then I clicked the above Quote button which put quote words at either end.

Pant, pant, whew. . .Is there an easier way?
Must experiment . . .

I click on the quote button first so that I have the two quote tags with nothing between them, then I paste the copied text between the two - that saves you one step, having to select the copied text in your post. I also often just manually type the tags, especially if I just want to use Quick Reply.

And welcome to the forum 2112!
