My Name is Ben, but everyone calls me Ben. I collect Germany and German area, Russia, and world wide souvenir sheets. I specialize in German Michel listed varieties. 99% of my souvenir sheets are Pre WWII. I like collecting rare and hard to find items and oddball things such as E.F.O.'s and rare proofs.
I was wondering if anyone knows a website that would have a listing with prices for German Michel listed material since I have had a had time finding a Michel Specialized English catalog.
If anyone one knows of anything that might help me out please let me know.

Hammerhead,

It's a wonder they didn't call you Bill or George or Arthur!

Welcome aboard. I look forward to learning about your collection.

Will this site get you what you're looking for?

Welcome Ben the Hammer or Ben the Shark.

I don't know the answer for your puzzle but if you make a topic / thread out in the regular forum, away from the personal introductions and birthdays and such, then many more people will see it and you will have a better chance of puzzling it out.

A have ancestors with the worthy name of Benjamin. But they were farmers, not shark hunters. Ah well.

rod222 posted a link to a document you may find quite useful to help decipher your Michel catalogs. I'm sorry I don't know how to link to it but its in the "Main Collecting Forum>General Philatelic Discussion" and its titled "Michel catalogue for English Speakers: Lexicon". It was posted circa mid-July.
