Requesting info on what year this stamp was issued? the overprint cancel appears to date 1928 thank you!

It appears to be Belgium #147 in the Scott catalog, and issued in 1922.

I say "appears" because the Scott catalog has the stamp listed as "gray", but your pic seems to show a different color. Don't know if that color difference is an artifact of your camera or my computer screen.

thanks khj, I had to take another look, nope, it is not grey, it's verging on blue or blue-grey, but definitely not grey as in halfway between black & white.

Am glad to know its a 1922!
