Iceland looks to be Scott 278, October 1, 1953, twenty cents mint or used in 2008. My Vol. 1 is open to Aden and covered in a layer of stamps, so Bulgaria will have to wait for now.

Thanks for the scan khj, and much info ! That is a nice looking stamp. I like the little scrolly thingies around the edges. And the cancel / postmark is from Reykyavik (or Reykjavik), the capital I think.
