Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone could tell me how to identify a stamp with a phosphor bar on it? There are several Canadian stamps and I also think US stamps that have them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello James....

I have a discussion about this sort of thing......stamp are different but the same principles apply.
