I have 2 stamps I'm confused on. One I found to refer to Epirus. Is this a real stamp or something else? And the 2nd stamp, is it Italy or Somalia? The limited identification stuff I have makes it a little iffy.
The Epirus stamp is real, but for not postage, Red Cross fund stamp. The Italian postal tax stamps overprinted for use in their territory of Eritrea, which currently is a province of Ethiopia along the Red Sea.
