looking for assistance from U.S. collectors..our club has a type of silent auction where we pass around packets of stamps for members to look and and perhaps purchase ..i see one packet with 5 IPSA stamps mint..values 1 cent 10 cents 25 cents and 50 cents and one different shaped 5 center...the asking price is a dollar..which does not sound bad...what say the U.S. experts ???
