Need Help With Stiener Pages

I use the Steiner pages for my Netherlands Indies/Indonesia Collections. I cannot find the page(s) for Riau. Riau is listed at the end of the Indonesia section of the Scott Catalogue.

I even e-mail Stiener himself, and he says they are in with the Indonesia pages. I've looked through them all and cannot find them.

Can someone help me?

They're in the Indonesia, Pre-1960 grouping, at, I believe page 21 or 22 (after the Postage Dues)
