I was tidying up today (a fatal mistake - I'll never find anything now.....) and came across this little cover I'd forgotten about.

I like to scan and enlarge, so I can see detail and was pleasantly surprised.

Firstly, it's postmarked from the magnificently named Rue Bonaparte. Secondly, it's addressed to the Secretary to the Ambassador at the French Embassy in Madrid. I'd looked at the cover before and not noticed these things until I scanned it

The stamps are minimal value, but the sum of the parts......
