Hi to everyone

My name is Dave, I collect mainly First Day Covers from New Zealand. I hope to be able to contribute to your community, seems like a good place.

Many Thanks

Hi Dave,

Welcome to the SCF.

I look forward to seeing some of your NZ FDC's.

Welcome and come and post often.
Show us some of your interesting covers.

I met Sir Edmund Hillary once whilst working in an Hotel.
He bought me a drink and was a most interesting man.

Welcome Dave. Sounds like an interesting pursuit even as interest in FDC's in the U.S. is waning.

@Londonbus1 Have a look at <<See Rules>> if you are interested in Sir Ed, lots of good stuff on there.

Welcome.

Instead of using the Quick Reply box at the bottom of the thread, choose the "Reply to Topic" link, and then use the button on the "Format" line that has the page and the red arrow. It'll insert the quote and /quote language (in brackets) and you can just paste the quote between them.

The Preview button is your friend as you learn to navigate the forum. I became a bit lax about using it, and still have to remind myself...

Hope this helps.

Collin
