to the family Avi! It's good to have another Israeli and source of current material on board. Do you know Londonbus1? He's been taking my grand-children's inheritance for awhile now.

laswabbie,

Thank you for your warm greetings. I hope to participate and contribute to this forum as much as possible and to match up to the high level of knowledge expressed here by so many members. My main impression from this forum (as a lurker) is that on top of the philatelic knowledge it is also extremely friendly and in that manner I also hope fit into the group's atmosphere.

About two years ago Londonbus was kind enough to arrange a meeting of few Israelis who participate in different Internet philatelic forums. We all met during an international stamp exhibition that took place in Tel-Aviv and had a great morning spent together. This coming November another stamp exhibition will take place in Jerusalem - so maybe another meeting can be arranges.

Bobgggg

I did meet Baruch at the same show, but didn't get a picture.
I also met him again a couple of times at our village swimming pool whilst I was doing my Flea market. He gave me some old Scott catalogues to sell !
His daughter uses our pool as she lives just up the road in the next village.
