I am interested in left side stamp, what can be wrong? Paper or print?

There are many different varieties of this stamp (both paper and print). The left stamp is printed on white wove paper (so you see the white dots in diamond-shape pattern). It is also watermarked. The other stamps may also be printed on white wove, but sometimes the "dots" are not immediately obvious; cannot say just from the pic.

However, the left stamp is definitely white wove paper and also watermarked.
