Hello

I joined the community a few days ago and want to introduce myself.

I started collecting U.S. in the late 1970s and was a fairly active collector through the mid-1980s.

In 1985 I put the collection on hold and have only recently begun to catalog my holdings.

I stumbled across the SCF homepage in that process and, after going through many of the threads, felt that your collective knowledge would make a great resource.

I look forward to learning from you and eventually being able to contribute to the discussion.

It's OK, Nug, it's a pretty easy assumption to make. By the way, Gethill is an unusual last name. What's the history?
