5c. "Derecho de entrega," black, 1931. This was a stamp issued originally to cover the extra charge of the postman
carrying letters from the post office to the home of the addressee. If the latter called at the post office for the letter,
the "entrega" stamp was unnecessary. Incidentally, we may note in passing that later this use of the stamp was
discontinued, and existing stocks were used up as if it were an ordinary 5c. stamp for internal use in Spain.
