A stamp that is currently causing me problems is inscribed as follows:

SAHARA 0CC. R. A. S. D.

The year is 1992.
The denomination is 10 Ptas. My guess is Spanish Pesetas.
Where do I find this in Scotts?

It is the former Spanish Sahara, now called Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, but it is not recognized by all countries, currently with political turmoil. I know many bogus (fake) stamps have been produced, but I am not sure what legitimate stamps issues are inscribed or where they are in the catalogs.
