Hello Gussy....

Here's one for you.....strictly speaking it's a freak not an error.

#11...84L5L.......position 84 left, plate 5, late......plate crack on cover......dark line through frame & rosette, bottom right.

Horrid grungy little cover but the stamp has a current value of $160.00 off cover. I FOUND THIS in a $20.00 ebay auction mixture of early covers !!

Jason....

interesting perf freak......a lot of collectors seek these and form some diverse freak collections.....usually the short section at the bottom gets lost and you would never know it started out like this.

My local Post Mistress and I were discussing, of all things- stamps. She said if she comes across any errors or freaks that they are "bound" to have to turn them back in---cannot sell them! She said she came across a whole sheet recently that had the perforations down the middle of the individual on the stamp. Darn! I asked her if there were stamp police or something that went around turning postal workers people in! ha

Wow, I was looking at ERROR/FREAK stamps on ebay. It is amazing the price that a lot of those are going for! I am so new at this stamp collecting that I thought I wouldn't notice any error stamps, but I came across one of the SC #2225 US Omnibus misperfed strip of stamps. I had to look really close to see the line of perforation slowly migrating to the left. I will post them as soon as scanner starts working!xx@###

SHOW US WHAT YOU HAVE IN ERROR?FREAK STAMPS!

Here are my Omnibus stamps with Perf error that's migrating in the several strips of these stamps that I have.
I saw some like this on ebay otherwise I would have never known to look!

Tom, looks like that bee is getting ready to fly off that flower! Nice stamps!
Where did you get that one?? I know, I know--you'd have to do away with me if you told me, right? Do you have anymore??!!
