I have a few revenue stamps from the 1800's thank god for the specialized catalog!

however I don't know what "part perf" means in the value columns?

is it an error on stamps or an edge of a block so that one side is not perforated?

or something completely different...

thanks...

2 opposite sides are not perforated. Best collected as pairs Imperf between. They were all but exhausted by 1865. Imperf sides should be at least 2mm.
