Unfortunately, my Scott Specialized Catalog is a 2002 issue, so someone with a later catalog will have to update this, however, the quote from my 2002 catalog suggests "Mint No Gum" at $3000, HOWEVER, that would be in VF condition. Fine grade would reduce the catalog price.

Just check to make sure you have the #125, as that is a re-issue (without grill) of #114 which has a much lower value of $135 in "VF" condition.

I just ran the image thru a hue generator from +180 to -180 saturation I didn't see any faint grill marks, however I had to read up on how small grill marks are I've never looked for them before so I don't think my input on this subject is of value. (other then the clip from the catalog :) )

you think the grills were ironed out?

I sent it to APS for verification.
My boat has just been sunk, I never thought about an ironed out grill,
especially on a stamp that was in an album under the 114 spot. with no mention of it being a 125.

I knew it couldn't be true.

yeah I read it, but this was in the album listed as a 114 not as a 125. So I just thought that was the case, that it was a 114.
If the original owner had thought it was a 125, they would have never had it taped down. Or so I thought, I am going to have to see what APS says. Like I said this was in the albums I got at the auction for $20.00 the ones I have been parting out.
