25 a rose Type 11, does it look as if the colr was not set on the neck? can anyone give me some info on this...Thanks..

That looks like a #26 Type II but don't take my word for it ,
I still can't figure out #10's from the #10a and the #11's from the #11a and the worst part about it is I've been shown.

It's more than likely caused by plate wear than anything else...
