Good day all. I had to bump this topic back to the front of the line as I thought you would be interested in a success story. Long story short, I was encouraged to have my stamp looked at by an expert. I contacted Heimbuchler, the man who literally wrote the book on the Moldova Bull's Head. He said the stamp appears to be genuine, but he no longer issues certificates. He advised I contact Iulian Cherata of the AIEP, who is the current Bull's Head expert. He looked at a scan of the stamp and asked me to send the stamp to him in Romania so he could further examine. I did so, and today I obtained the result:

Thanks guys. Yeah, cjd. It's easy to get deterred. I looked it up and I bought that stamp off of hip stamp in 2017 for $21.50. Some people told me it was a horrible fake...then others tell me I need to pursue it further. Perf12 deserves a lot of credit for this certificate. I'd like to see more success stories on this forum.
