They do not look like stamps to me, not even revenues. One reason, the "M" after the numbers. They may be some kind of Cinderella?

Adel: welcome to the web site. I did a Google translation. "Kibris Turk Yonetimi" translates to Cyprus Turkish management. "Kibris Turk federe devleti" translates to Turkish Federated State of Cyprus. "Cumhuriyetin" translates to the Republic. "Yili" is year.

My guess is that they are not cinderellas or labels issued for a specific purpose. They are likely either actual postage stamps or revenue stamps for the Turkish part of the island of Cyprus. I thought "Kibris" looked familiar and it is the Turkish name of Cyprus. It's found on the stamps of British Cyprus and the post-independence issues. But maybe someone who knows more about Turkish related stamps will offer a comment. For now, hope this helps.

In the Stanley Gibbons catalogue they are found under Cyprus (Turkish Cypriot Posts).
1975 Proclamation of the Turkish Federated State of Cyprus. SG8 30m. overprint on 20m.(SG5), and SG9 100m. overprint on 10m. (SG3).
In 1975 in both sections of Cyprus the currency was 1000 mils = 1 pound.

The Turkish Federated State of Cyprus (Turkish: Kıbrıs Türk Federe Devleti) was the name of a state on the region of Northern Cyprus declared in 1975 and existing until 1983, that was not recognized by the international community. It was succeeded by the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, which is equally only recognized by the Republic of Turkey. If you google "Kıbrıs Türk Federe Devleti" you will get the complete history behind this movement

Here is a cover that I received from a Canadian Peacekeeper who was serving in Cyprus during this time.
