I think the top one is the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus based on my use of Google Translate. I have no idea about the others though... |

I believe the Northern Cyprus (KKTC) stamp is a forestry fund revenue from around 1995.
The third stamp is an unissued stamp from Armenia from 1922.
The fourth stamp is from Nepal from 1935.

I see in my SG Cyprus, Gibraltar & Malta catalogue that the Northern Cyprus stamp is listed as an obligatory tax stamp, SG 403. |

Any stamps with #1050;#1054;#1055; or #1056;#1059;#1041; on are almost always Russian - it's a good starting point anyway. They are abbreviations for Kopec or Rouble written in Cyrillic script |
