I am drooling over those Ultramar stamps. They are Spanish Colony stamps for use among their colonies. Ultramar means "overseas". Ultramar was used particularly with reference to the Phillipines, though I can't tell for sure without my catalog.

1st Scan are all wurttemberg (German State)
2nd Turn and Taxis (German State)
3rd Spanish Colonies
4th Parma (Italian States)
5th Bavaria (Telegraph Stamp)
6th Bosnia and Herzegovina
7th Norway and Sweden

I don't have a catalogue at hand right now, but I think you'll find the Bosnias pictured in the next-to-last scan under Austria, as military stamps (Scott prefix "M").

Someone will correct this if it isn't right...

You are correct. These were issued by Austria, while occupying Bosnia during WWI. (ironic, in that Bosnia was a "condominium" territory of the Austro-Hungarian Empire at the time) And, although the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand Franz occurred in Sarajevo, Bosnia was virtually un-touched during WWI.

yeah the Austrian stamps were obvious even to me.. could be because I am going through that set right now and recognize the face and the monetary amount.
