I did pretty well, only couldn't find this Colombian stamp today. there were a few that took 20 mins but I got them...

I think you have Colombia's "Departmental Issue" (Scott #647) issued in 1956. My old Scott catalog does not picture that exact stamp but rather describes it as "Steel Mill, Boyaca". There are a couple of varieties, but #647 is described as "dark brown and blue", which I believe is the example shown.

think your correct, that is definitely a steel mill liquid steel pot pouring in the picture!

I'll look in the 1956 and see thanks I was completely lost on this one
