In Winter, the view from my workroom window is a gorgeous panorama of the clotheslines for the block of flats I live in. With Spring, as it is now, they're concealed behind a couple of tree hibiscus. Pleasantly green, but strictly non-distracting. If I had the views the rest of you have, I'd never get any work, philatelic or productive, done. |

Considering that, so far, he has already mentioned leather codpieces, slitted pantaloons, and budgie smugglers, I'd say you have every reason to worry. |

Cjd, we are all Chardonnay Socialists here in inner-city Melbourne, and pretty broad-minded generally, but I'm not sure the natives could accept a leather codpiece on the clothesline ... |

Hi Stampgal. Quote: the mountain in my pic is a couple of summits away from the UK's highest mountain, Ben Nevis, around 4,400 feet high. This picture was taken the day after we climbed Ben Nevis, somewhere to the east. Scotland was a wonderful place for us. We went back to see our ancestral roots. The combie we travelled around in with the heather in the background was only 33 years ago. |

Stampgal, Stunning view, beautifully green. I did not realize the height of the mountains in UK. When the clouds clear I will share a picture from my house of Pike's Peak. It is Colorado's 31st highest mountain at 14,110 feet. |
