Is it not one of the early issues of the Austrian republic? Is there something particular about the 7.5kr?

I'm nearly motivated enough to go look at a catalogue. If I wait a minute or two, I'm sure the feeling will pass...

From earlier tread --

After WWI the Austro-Hungarian Empire was broken up creating several new nations.

The German speaking region of Austria initially, their government had chosen to refer to their new nation as German Austria. This decision was unnerving to the Allies. The Allies feared the possibility of a German Mega State that may arise and lead to another great war in Europe. The Allies placed pressure onto the new Republic whom then later conceded by dropping German from the country's name by 1922.

Do you think the allies had anything to worry about, well by 1938 the new greater Germany now including Austria followed the next year with the beginning of WWII.
