Bridge of Vizier in Albania is one of the most difficult finds in my collection ... and not the stamp, and the bridge! The stamp of 1922 with the image of the bridge was produced to 1925 with various overprints, Catalogs talked about it, that is showed a bridge of Vizier over the Drina. Only firmly immersed in the geography of the country, I found that the river Drina in Albania did not even think to flow, but there are rivers Drino and White and Black Drin. But the study of all the channels of all DRIN by a Google EARTH not led to the discovery of the bridge! Only the fifth attempt to include all language and visual resources of the Internet revealed that the bridge Vizier was in the town of Kukes in the river White Drin. Perfect example of Turkish medieval bridge building collapsed and disappeared by water reservoir Fierza, was built in 1976, along with the city itself.
