I haven't been able to identify the following three stamps. They all look to me like German official stamps but that's as far as I can go.

Does anyone know what they are?

All information greatly appreciated!

The second one (C.G.H.S. overprint) has a lot of varieties:
overprint reading up
overprint reading down
overprint reading left to right
overprint inverted
and various combinations of double overprints

Are any of these overprinted stamps worth anything?

Sometimes a certain variety of overprint is rare.
