Hallo to all,
I'm Miriam from Italy, I collect turtles about 15 years.
I work in cataloging of Turtles Meter Stamps
I have cataloged about 200 meter stamps with turtles, and I search forever for new images and new items for my collection.
I collect also meter stamps and letters from cities that have "turtle" in their name (turtle lake, turtletown, turtlepoint and all other)
my collection is about 150 meter stamps (cut or letter)
I know 18 US meter with turtles.
Miriam

Excellent items to collect.

Welcome tartamimmi ! What would be a short abbreviated way to say that name? A nickname if you will? Please? Mimmi? Tartaruga is Italian for turtle I see, looking at Google translator.

I collect hexagons and turtles and tortoises and terrapins, I think, have hexagons on their shell. But only the top meter has a hexagon on the center top. I have not yet collected any turtles, so you guys leave some for me!

Unfortunately, no suburb, or town, or city
in Australia with Turtle in it :(

Nor, NZ I think.

That is a totally awesome collection! I can't help but think of Crush and little Squirt from Finding Nemo or a childhood favorite Michaelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. TURTLE POWER!
