Just a personal seal, rather after the manner of the old wax seals used long ago in the West.
Trying to translate names literally is a common mistake by non-translators. You could render that Chinese seal as (four possibilities for the first character: 1. Name of a powerful feudal state which existed 740-330 BC, 2. Chinese family name, 3. Clear, neat, 4. Distress, suffering) - Eternal - Righteousness - Seal. This would be about as useful as translating my family name into 'Son of the man under the protection of Saint Mochuda'. Wouldn't help the postman deliver my letters, unless Australia Post had a world-class expert in Irish genealogy on the staff.
