This is marked 50 and it is brown, but that's it for me. And is that a postmark, overprint or just part of the stamp all that green(?). Does anyone know the catalog for this stamp of maybe a near value. Thanks - Jeff
These are under Yugoslavia, in the back of the listings, for Carinthia. There are several overprint designs, and they were for a plebiscite in 1920. I don't have a catalogue handy right now, but I can give you a Scott number later.
