I just received some of the AMG overprints--on the low value of the ERP stamps there is a white rounded line just under the bow of the ship; can anyone tell me what it is? The top stamp is the 'normal' stamp. Thanks

if I may..at first I thought it was a scruff..but at closer look it appears almost like a line painted on the bow !!
