Hello Everyboy, The first stamp I know is Italian and I know the number for it. I just don't know if it is a copy or not. It has no gum. The second one I can't tell where it if from. I don't know if you can even tell from the scan. The last one is French but I can't figure out what number it is. Many thanks for your help.
David

Like most questions, this is out of my area of expertise, but a site like this sometimes helps...

Someone else here will be able to give you a faster and better answer.

Hard to say if the Italian stamp is a copy or not. If not it appears to be #22. The second one is Spain and appears to be #62 1864. And the last looks like #56 from the 1870-73 issue.

I think it is highly likely that the 15c Italy is a forgery. The best site I know for this issue is:

http://www.italianstamps.co.uk/king...e/index.html

and yours looks like a dead ringer for the stamp pictured right under "Forgeries" at the bottom of the page.

Take a look and see what you think.
