Stamps That Make You Go... HUH???

You know, those that make you scratch your head, pondering the mental faculties of the person who designed the stamp, or the country who OK'd its release... Or just those that make you wonder WHY???

THOSE stamps...

Modern commemorative stamps from the Netherlands have got to be high on the list. Maybe it's just me, but I can't make much sense out of some of their recent commemorative stamp issues.

Here's one example I refer to from the Netherlands:

...and do you really want to paste onto your mail a stamp depicting the back of man's head while on the telephone?

While I posted this stamp on another thread sometime ago, it well fits this category of "HUH?" ... and ugly, too!:

I'm still not quite sure. Here's the link where I posted it previously. Apparently some abstract "art" if you can call it that!?!

If you think you are going to be cute, and pick a child's drawing for a stamp . . .

At least pick a good-looking one.

I seem to have started a thread I can't respond to myself!! I think the problem is all the stamps I don't like, or don't have a place in my collection, a lot of which are "HUH?" stamps, are tucked away for disposal someday.

I collect worldwide,
I especially like the Jam Jar labels of Ajman.

These stamps made me go "Huh?"
Yet a fellow on one newsgroup, named them all, for me
