Edit: 18 April, 2012

Changed title from "The stamps are finally making it to the album!"

Time to spice up the Canada stamp forum. I've finally put a little effort into placing stamps into the Lighthouse album I purchased more than a three years ago. More photos to follow ...

Scott #4

Scott #7 Faults, but displays well.

Scott #11 and #12. Both are faulty.

Skipping past the large and small QV issues and straight to the Jubilees because I'm having a hell of a time with shades and as such have not placed any in my album ...

Scott #50-62. All but 20c and $2 are mint, OG. the 1,2,3, and 6c values are never hinged.

And finishing this round up with the Quebec Tercentenary issues ...

Scott #96-103, all Mint, OG, never hinged. The 10c value has toning on the upper perfs. I'm looking for a nicer copy if anyone has one for a reasonable price :)

Rileysan, you have some great looking Canada classics. Wish I had a few of the mint ones you possess.

Posting more photos from my collection. Enjoy!

Self explanatory page. The Scott # 46-47 are both Mint, OG.

There's a few Mint, OG stamps mixed in with this page. I haven't put much effort into the QV stamps from this era.

Scott #158 "Bluenose" Mint, hinged.

Scott 159, Mint never hinged. For the life of me, I don't know what the mark on the upper left corner is from. I had never noticed it until today.

The Unitrade catalogue for Scott 159 does not show any varieties, so the spot is not a known/recognized variety.

Is there gum on the back or does it appear re-gummed? It could be the faintest part of a postmark? I have a few like that where it appears to be a very minute postmarking.
