That's a lovely cover Phil,
highlighted by the fabulous air mail livery lozenges
not seen those before.

The bottom right circular strike is a censor marking.

Thanks guys for the compliments about the Morocco stamps.

Here is an image of a semi-postal stamp depicting a detail from a painting in the burial chamber of Seschemnofer III, pyramid of Cheops, Gizeh, designed and engraved by Werner Pfeiler, with photogravure, and issued by Austria on November 30, 1984 for Stamp Day, Scott No. B349.

You know, I'm surprised no one thought of probably the second most famous mummy (after Tut of course)

Boris Karloff (ok, not Egyptian, but English)
I'll never forget my brother's glow in the dark Mummy model. Scared the hell out of me when I was a kid trying to go to sleep!

- Oh yes, Karloff's mummy was called Imhotep. Later mummy movies the creature (not played by Karloff) was called Kharis. See how it's burned itself into my psyche?

jamesw - I think Boris Karloff's The Mummy is indeed CREEPY, and it is also one of my favorite movies of all time.

Here are images of the two top values from a "Seven Wonders of the World" set designed by Hungarian artist Laszlo Sandor Dudas, printed by lithogravure, and issued by Hungary on February 29, 1980, Scott Nos. 2636 & 2637.

rod222 - I was able to find some information (in French) about this powerful vizier using a slightly different spelling, Sechemnéfer III, at http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/

Thanks, but my browser had something about Japan.
Strange that nothing is written about his tomb in English.
