Hi DC3,
I hope you are not going to show all thousands of max cards of your friend in oversized images.
I think these 18 is enough.
Are you colecting missing posts?

Hi, primoz!

I am sorry, Admin/Moderators --I thought that the dotted red line means that the size of the image was automatically adjusted by the free tool that I thought I downloaded from your website.
Or does that tool work only one image at a time, with manual re-sizing?

Don't worry, primoz, I will not post more flag maxicards. I hoped that they are welcome by viewers here, but hey!...

What do you mean by "Are you colecting missing posts?"?

300th Anniversary of Adoption of St.Andrew's Flag - navy flag

The Andrew Flag was personally designed by Peter the Great and was incorporated into the ensigns and pennants introduced in 1700, replacing the various ensigns and jacks used during the late seventeenth century.
Andrew's flag has a white background with two blue diagonal bands, forming a saltire, called St. Andrew's Cross.
On central mast is Imperial Standard, a yellow banner with Tsar's emblem (1700-1858).
On stem of ship is Russian Naval Jack with St. Andrew's cross (1701-1924, 2001-present).

I think this would be similar to a cinderella stamp or poster stamp in that it shows flags as a display on a plastic or paper medium.

It could be in the cinderella area of the forums here but to see it here also reminds one that flags are to be seen in many parts of life on many things.

Polish navy flag

The upper navy jack dates from the 17th century (Is it a kind of pirate`s flags?),
the lower one is merchant ensign and state flag with a coat of arms from years 1919 - 1990.

The 25th anniversary of the foundation of the Sea League, founded 10.2.1920.

Buddhist flag

The Buddhist flag is a flag designed in the late 19th century to symbolise and universally represent Buddhism.
It is used by Buddhists throughout the world.

The six vertical bands of the flag represent the six colors of the aura around the body of the Buddha:
Blue (Nila): Loving kindness, peace and universal compassion
Yellow (Pita) (yellow (Pita)): The Middle Path - avoiding extremes, emptiness
Red (Lohita): The blessings of practice - achievement, wisdom, virtue, fortune and dignity
White (Odata): The purity of Dharma - leading to liberation, outside of time or space
Orange (Manjesta): The Buddha's teachings - wisdom
The sixth vertical band is made up of a combination of rectangular bands of the five other colours, and represents a compound of the other five colours in the aura's spectrum.

Here's the latest US coil stamp to be issued later this month ... on April 25, 2014 to be exact. Offered in a coil of 10K (designed for large volume mailers) or as strips of 25 (w/plate number) or two strips of 10 (w/o plate number) for collectors.

It gives you the impression that it is kind of a throwback to a 1970s design:
