I am pretty sure this is a Hamburg Scott 12 reprint, but Scott does not give it a new catalog number that I can see or a value. Can anyone help with cat # or near value. Thanks as always. - jeff

Possibly as Gibbons Jeff,
they do not afford numbers to reprints.
There were two reprints
one circa 1872
and another on unwatermarked white wove paper.
