Hi all this is the same deal as the Hamburg stamp I put up except, I am not sure if this is a reprint and if it is Scott once again did not give me an alternate number for the reprint nor a value (assuming there is a value). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks as always - Jeff

the reprint is on toned wove paper with yellowish gum

also found tete-beche (note for Londonbus1)
