I have six or eight covers from the early 1940's addressed to Karl Hennig at Hamburg 39. A cropped section of one of them is below.
I was looking at some material on
ebay the other day and found a ton of interesting German material from a seller - I think he's in New Jersey. I emailed him with a question and then just happened to mention that I had these covers. He emailed me back . . . . Karl Hennig was his father. What a coincidence.
