I am very sorry to hear that. Being a long time member of RPSC I should have put 2 and 2 together and realized the connection. RIP Mr. Lafontaine.

There are two different C flaws available on number 14.

14vii listed in Unitrade is presented here as a plate proof pair with the Q-flaw 14iv. The left stamp in the pair is the C flaw:








An uncatalogued c flaw is listed by Whitworth as his flaw number 14. This is the only copy of this flaw I have seen. There are two diagonal marks in the C of CENT.
