Incidentally, the answer to the question implied by your thread title is: personalised.

The rule is very simple. If the base word has a Greek root the suffix takes a Z - hence: organized. If the base word has a Latin or Romance root the suffix takes an S - hence personalised.

The use of the word personalize is usually found in the United Staes and Canada. Personalise is the rest of the world I think.

Perhaps the word has a Germanic origin and thus the 'z'.

I used both so the thread / forum would be picked up by more people than if I had just used one version of the spelling.
