Johann Michael Sattler painted the panorama(cyclorama) of the city of Salzburg and its environs between 1826 and 1829.

The SS was issued in 2005 to publicize the exhibition.

This souvenir sheet was issued in 2013 for one of the dozens
of Austrian pilgrimages were miracles happened as
supposedly in Maria Luggau Carinthia , 500 years ago.

It is shaped like a prayer card and printing was sub contracted
out to the Bundesdruckerei, Berlin since it required a special
Wista perforation machine

Issued in 2004 for the Central European Catholic Day.

The SS includes the coat of arms of the eight participating countries.
Can you name all the countries ?
Without checking on Wikipedia?

To be honest I admit I checked because one country didn't
seem to fit and I was surprised that it had any Catholics
at all since the population majority is Muslim followed
by Eastern Orthodox.

Swarovski Crystal Worlds
September 20, 2004
The miniature sheet contains two stamps showing a gemstone and a swan from the Swarovski collection, against the backdrop of the entrance to the André-Heller Crystal Worlds in Wattens. There are 6 genuine Swarovski crystals affixed on each stamp. A special adhesive was applied so that the crystals can withstand the automated postal sorting machines.

September 20, 2014
The Steyr Valley Railway was a narrow gauge railway in Upper Austria, which ran along the valley of the River Steyr from Garsten to Klaus, with a branch line to Sierning and Bad Hall. A section of the line has been retained as a museum railway.

KuoLC5310,thanks for showing those two UPU sheets.
I can't remember ever seeing any examples but
they are in the Austria Netto Katalog.

As you mention they were "official" having been
produced by the postal authority for a private
concern and they were valid for postage.

The top airmail one with the number is listed
mint or used at 140 Euro (ANK 2014/15) which is a lot
more than for the 3 stamps that were actually issued
for the public.

As far as I know, between 1946 and 1954, the State Printing House in Vienna privately produced address labels and postal stationery utilizing the images of any circulating postage stamps that the customer desired.

The Air Mail Printed Matter souvenir sheets using the designs of the 1949 UPU commemorative stamps exist in several different varieties. In addition to the two shown here, I saw one sheet overprinted "80 JAHRE WELTPOSTVEREN" in 1954; it is on an air mail piece from Vienna to Sydney via Amsterdam.

I also saw an Air Mail address label printed in 1954, most likely ordered by Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), bearing the designs of 60g rooks and 2S black headed gulls stamps.

KuoLC5310, thanks for that additional information.

What is your opinion on this Austria - Australia Formula 1 SS?
It was printed by Australia Post for Max Stern Stamp & Coins,
Melbourne stamp dealer.
Apparently the Australian stamps were/are valid for postage
but the Austrian stamps are basically Cinderellas.
Do you have the sheet by chance?

Image cannot be found on my hard drive.

I do not collect custom or personalized or Cinderella stamps. I do know that there are many Austrian personalized stamps which you can find and purchase on the Internet.

On the 1954 Airmail Labels I mentioned above, it is likely that they were ordered by SAS to celebrate their first polar flight between Copenhagen and Los Angeles.
