I am up to the N's getting this new group catalogued (thanks so much to everyone's help) and I thought I would share this oddball. It's a North Borneo unused, but the oddity is the double perf at the bottom. Scott says nothing about this. I wonder if Stanley Gibbons does, but I think it's just an oddball, but I thought I would share. - Jeff

Gibbons doesn't normally list double perfs either, I'm afraid, but it's a nice-looking item anyway.

Gibbons has this note on the set your stamp belongs to: "Nos. 39, 43 and 44 [the 3, 8 and 10 cent values] showing stamps printed double or triple, one inverted, are from waste sheets subsequently sold by the British North Borneo Company to collectors." So your double perf just might originate from a waste sheet.

Gibbons also warns about several different forgeries of the set, but only explains how to pick one of the forgeries of the ˝ Cent.
