Here is an image of a stamp depicting an Argentine (in the blue and white striped jersey) and two West German soccer players, printed by lithography, and issued by Peru on November 18, 1987 to commemorate Argentina's championship of the 13th FIFA World Cup, held in Mexico in 1986, Scott No. 921, plus an image of a photograph of Jorge Burruchaga (1962- ) scoring the winning goal in Argentina's 3-2 victory against West Germany in the final match, which was surely the inspiration for this stamp's design.
