A couple of soccer related covers from my collection. Top one commemorates the 36 - 0 scoreline by Arbroath against Bon Accord.  Bottom cover is the GB football heroes issue and is signed by Sir Stanley Mathews who is reckoned to be one of England's greatest players. |

The 1938 FIFA World Cup was the third staging of this international competition, held in France from June 4 to June 19. Italy retained the championship, beating Hungary 4–2 in the final.
